Wood-destroying Insects

What is a WDI?

Wood-destroying insects consist of termites, powderpost beetles, carpenter ants and carpenter bees.

Specifics

Inspection & identification of wood-destroying insects (WDI) within or on the structure. We inspect for signs of active insects, dead insects, insect parts, frass, shelter tubes, exit holes, or staining, and/or visible damage from WDI's. Findings are documented in a NPMA-33 form. Many lenders require this document and inspection. We can take care of it in one stop.
